Mari jd sihat :D

nmpknyer ramai budak2 uni y tgh cuti or short sem, bdk2 spm cm adik sy y still hbskn sisa2 cuti b4 jd bdk uni/matrik kt umah, mak2 termasuk umi sy y ade kt umah doing chores..

time2 lapang gini, kwn2 sy ade y berazam u jd lebih sihat. pe tah lg setelah bz memnjg bt assignment n keje (n semestinyer takde mase u jog ke pe kaaan..:P) so2, ape lg..mari kite jd sihat dn kekal sihat!

1) Bersosial.................................
Percayala! org y mempunyai ramai kawan memilki kekebalan tubuh badan lebih baik berbanding mereka yang jarang bersosial.

jadii...jgn jd anti-sosial...nnt sihat sakit sorang2..huk2


2) Mendengar muzik..................
Pakar tlh membuktikan jika seseorang mendengar muzik yang menggetarkan kalbu dan menyentuh perasaan (cm lagu jiwang or sentimental), ia dapat mmberi sensasi dan perasaan yang sama dengan kesan daripada pengambilan makanan dan seks. Bahkan, memainkan alat muzik dapat memberi kesan yang lebih baik daripada sekadar mendengarkannya. Syaratnya, muzik itu mestilah jenis muzik yang anda gemari.

bkn ke muzik mengekspreskn feelings kite? mesti la bt kite tak stress n hepi :)


3) Berfikiran positif..................
Mereka yang sll berfikiran optimis lebih sihat berbanding mereka yang selalu berfikiran pesimis.org y asyik sll pk negatif, ‘moody’, cemas dan mudah tertekan mempunyai respon terhadap vaksin hepatitis yang lebih buruk. Pakar2 pn ade kate mereka yang di masa mudanya selalu berfikiran optimis mempunyai kecenderungan hidup 12 tahun lebih lama berbanding mereka yang selalu pesimis.

4) Cintai telinga anda..............
dlm satu kajian mnnjkkn org y berkerja kt tmpt y kadar kebisingannya sederhana, menghasilkan hormon adrenalin (pencetus ‘stress’) lebih banyak dan lebih kerap terkena penyakit jantung berbanding y berkerja kt tmpt sunyi atau tenang.

Suara2 atau bunyi2an yang x diingini memang boleh meningkatkan tekanan darah dan kadar kolesterol, serta trnkn daya tahan tubuh badan sbb kebisingan memicu ketegangan dan denyut jantung sehingga menyebabkan pembuluh darah menyempit dan menggangu sistem penghadaman.


5) Makan secara sihat dan teratur
walaupn tgh diet, pastikn ambil makanan yang seimbang. Tubuh badan yang kekurangan nutrisi akan cenderung menghasilkan lebih banyak hormon yang mencetuskan ‘stress’. bg org y hbs2an diet, kalau berat badan turun lebih 1kg seminggu, akan membuatkan sistem kekebalan tubuh sukar mengenalpasti penyakit atau benda2 asing yang masuk ke dalam tubuh badan.


6) Padamkan lampu ketika tidur
u org y asyik lupe ttp or mmg psg lmpu time tido, lbh baik lps2 ni pdm lampu apabila bersedia u tidur. Tubuh badan yang terdedah kepada cahaya sepanjang malam membuatkan hormon melatonin (hormon mencegah penyakit tertentu) menurun sehingga risiko terkena kanser payudara pun meningkat. Hormon melatonin hanya boleh dihasilkan oleh tubuh ketika suasana gelap.

7) Latih otak..............................
pakar saraf mengatakan permainan yang memerlukan kemahiran berfikir boleh meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh badan seseorang sbb aktiviti mental yang menggunakan satu atau lebih kombinasi fungsi intelektual dapat membantu tubuh agar lebih tahan ‘lasak’.

8) Berehat................................
Jgn sesekali memaksa tubuh badan selalu berkerja keras. Luangkan sedikit waktu u berehat dan meredakan ‘stress’ sbb selain daripada menyebabkan rasa cemas, ia juga dapat merangsang penghasilan hormon kortisol dan adrenalin yang menurunkan kemampuan tubuh badan menolak penyakit.

9) Gerakkan tubuh...............
Banyak kajian membuktikan, jika senaman dilakukan secara teratur, ia dapat memperbaiki ‘mood’ meredakan ‘stress’ dan meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh. Tetapi, jika sedang menghadapi tekanan yang cukup berat, sebaiknya jgn melarikan diri dengan bersenam lebih lama atau lebih keras, ia hanya membuatkan tubuh lebih mudah jatuh sakit.

10) Tertawalah!..................
bile kite ketawa, ade gerakan otot perut y boleh merangsang pengasilan antibodi dan sel-sel aktif yang berguna untuk memerangi jangkitan penyakit. Ketawa juga meningkatkan peredaran darah, menurunkan tekanan darah, menghilangkan ketegangan otot dan melancarkan sistem pencernaan. Jadi, lebih banyak anda ketawa, hidup anda akan lebih riang dan sihat! tp jgn terlebih2 ketawa yeee cz too much of it will make ur heart dead...

ktrg kene partner up and coach suh angkt partner kt blkg n jln. 2nd tu kene angkt partner kt dpn n jln. 3rd tu kene angkt kt blkg tp hold on kt 1 belah kaki n tgn die jee...tak sgke sy leh angkt partner y same brt ngn saye~ woooo...n tak sgke org lain leh angkt sy gak :D tak pnh2 kwn2 sy dpt angkt (im not dat heavy, u know :P) even kak timah y berat 48kg cmtu leh angkt..gile laaa~

Jom minum air putih ^_^

kalo p kedai mkn or mapley mane2 ke, kalo waiter or waitress die tny sy nk air pe..sy mesti order air suam je..smpaikn ade skali tu kt kedai mkn y agak fancy n mahal (pegi pun sbb mmber ajak ^_^'), bile waiter tny kwn2 sy y lain nk minum pe..de y order air buahn2 ker, milo ais..tp bile sy kate sy nk air suam, waiter tu pndg sy ngn muke y sgt pelik..
'eer...sy nk air suam..'.
waiter tu pun catatla order sy n beredar ngn penuh kehairanan..

sbb? psl pe lagi kn kalo bkn nk saving..kalo satu hari dah order air u tghari n mlm, dh lbh krg rm2. kalo sbln? dh blnje dlm rm40+ u air jee..saving kn? :D even kdg2 rase tak best asyik mnm air kosong, asal bt duit msh wjd kt dlm purse, alrite je. sy tegar :D

when i was in my secondary school, at that time, when i 1st heard them say the phrase 'no pain, no gain'....i thought it meant when there's no body pain like cramps or bruises, then there's no gaining weight...funny. so, whats the point of having the pains if u'll be gaining weight?

somehow its like 'practice makes perfect..but nobody's perfect. so why practice?' ngee~

later then i understand that if u want to gain or achieve something, u have to pushing ur effort even if it pains u.

Abolish Plastic Bags


i think if we all took a peep into the kitchen or the storeroom..
you'll find huge pile of plastic bags from 'mydin, 'giant', 'tesco' (obviously cause mothers like to shop groceries in supermarket XP), etc..
sometimes we, or what i realized on myself..
we always used not more than half of the pile to use as garbage plastics, packing stuff (usually when going back to college from home) or any other purposes..



sooo..
why keep adding them?
time to bring our own shopping bags, guys ;)

18th April: raining in the afternoon..

hoping for a sunny day till the evening but rains in the afternoon (try translate it into malay.u'll get it ;)


okaaay...now i feel like a skul student again..
waking up at 630 in the morning and rushing to the shower, praying, and getting ready..then gathering up with 'skulmates' with skul uniforms at kaed for roll call :P
plus, the food also looks like the meals in boarding skul. we had bread, scramble eggs, sausage, and not to forget the 'kaya', butter, and jam. missing the gud old days in mrsm~

so..the 3rd round was in place. now KISAS is really in trouble...debating with MCKK =O

while waiting for the 30 min prep time and the debaters to discuss and prepare their speeches, Shuhaidah (which was also 4rm KISAS but as a supporter) came up to me and..
tadaaa...cadbury choc bar :D

17th April:Debaters start talking n i start ringing the bell~

okaay..so,the day starts with debating workshop on the debating skills and competition rules at the main audi. never seen so many people wearing 'tudung labuh' in kaed.
haha~

there were also mock debate where participants got to see how the actually debate runs. the motion was about 'organ dont belong to you' (means about donating organs after ur dead) which reminded me about how i sometimes think of donating my organs..

ok,back to the event ..................................................


so,in the evening, the 1st round starts.
(every skul gets to debate in 6rounds after being eliminated or to the next level)
KISAS debated with MRSM PC. every debate, i will be incharge of ringing the bell. it was my 1st time, so i was also nervous along with the debaters as well..hm2..
KISAS won :D

ok,on to the next round.............................................


KISAS vs SMAP Labu.
there's this tiny, little debater which was the 2nd speaker of SMAP Labu. he was the reserver during the 1st round. so, he start talking and talking..
all of the sudden, he lost his words, and started whispering to his other speakers what to say
(the room was quite..so EVERYONE in the room could hear clearly what he said which made us all lol :P)

then,
when he was struggling to talk, when he saw a speaker from the KISAS stood up and asked for a POI, he suddenly went shocked and panicked! we were all laughing but at the end of the his speech, everyone in the room applauded n got a good remark from the judge.
even the judge called him tiny..haha~
oh ya..KISAS won :D

16th April: Skul gurls and boys lighten up the silence in uia

it was the holidays but i decided to join the InterSchool Debating Championship as one of the Welfare committees at uia gombak from 16th to 21st april.


Skuls from all over Malaysia came here..i n other 40 welfare members was in charge for the evening shift at Mahallah Maryam were the skul girls who participate will be registering n staying..

Bus by bus..van by van came.
i think i have gone up and down the stairs (far-end blocks and up-high levels >_<) for about 10 times with the participants' and teacher's heavy bags and things.
Helpful, arent i? :P

There was also this 1 skul that brought like 5 boxes of mineral water bottles which the other committee n i was like...
'aa..okaay..camner nk tlg drg angkt ke blok jauh tu n ke lvl 4? camla kt uia takde air mineral..huu'..but we managed to help, smile, and get to know the girls from various skuls.

Laboring from 1230pm till 5pm...so tiriiiiiiiiing~ but no back pain, Alhamdulillah =)

That night there was the 'championship dinner' where all the participants, teachers, committees, and VIPs gathered.
there were performances, n of course-FOOD! :D

A day before, everyone in the welfare bureau was given a skul for them to usher around..or easily said to 'baby-sit' them. i was assigned for Kolej Islam Sultan Alam Shah (KISAS) for English category.

So, i searched and spotted them after the dinner..wasnt that hard to find when you have to spot girls in baggy scarfs and boys with songkoks ;)

n thats all for the day..went to sleep early for a busy day tomorrow ^_^

‘Nah, kau pergi sungai, bawak air dalam bakul ni’

Cucu tu pun cpt2la pergi sungai y dkt ngn rumah drg kt ladang. Bila pulang, xde air y tinggal.
‘Kau lambat sangat! Cuba lari laju-laju sikit’.

Cucu tu pun berlari ke sungai dan apabila tiba di hadapan datuknya, xde juga air yang tinggal.
‘Tak boleh lah Atuk…..’.
‘Cuba sekali lagi..atuk tgk dr pintu ni.’
Si cucu pun, cepat-cepat ke sungai dan berlari membawa bakul untuk tunjuk kepada datuknya.
‘Nampak tak Atuk? Tak boleh laaa….Tak bergune puun..bakul ni pun kn ade lubang2’
‘Jadi kau rasa tak bergunalaa? Cuba kau tengok bakul tu’


Time tuu..cucu tu baru perasan y bakul kotor tadi, kini sudah bersih.atuk tu senyum jee..

‘Macam tula ngn baca Al-Quran..walaupun tak memahami maksudnya, tetapi ia tetap membersihkan si pembacanya. InsyaAllah..’

since masuk gombak, everything jadik hectic gile sbb byk gile teori subjek n tmbh lg ngn bz bt projek for studio.

tp,tgk la..mgkn masuk sbb bkn de pe sgt pon nk bt kn skang...hik2.

hrp2 tak sakit blkg time bersilat..
