Going up the Nuang Mountain :D

3 weeks ago, it was 'Going Up the Broga Hill' with my coursemates..
last week it i climbed Nuang mountain with my silat teammates :D

okay, in my former post, ive made a checklist what to do before hill hiking..since this time was a mountain instead of a hill, ive add some more :P

6. prepare ur fitness, strength and stamina, please!
cz compared to an hour trip up n down a hill..a trip up n down a mountain takes hours, n mayB days! u dun wanna end up unable to walk to knee hurts and carried down like i did :S

7. always wear socks!
luckily for me, i dun get terrified by leeches (stands for 'pacat',right?) easily like farhana :P
she kept feeling something was on her legs n screamed when she finally saw one on her leg. haha~

8. and never ever eveeeer be far from ur group
it had happen before that a uni student got lost in Nuang Mountain because he stayed far from the group..hohoo~ luckily we made it out right before dusk..

i guess there might be more things to add to the checklist, but lets get back to the story now :)


reached here at 9am..did a little stretching and the journey begins! :)



well, what do u know? there's a busstop at each few (more like a lot!) miles :P
we only got 10minutes of rest at these pit stops..


10am...from here, we could see the water going down the mountain.


11am we reached at a place to swim but continue to climb to the top of the mountain.
reached here back at 330pm...here our feet got a little fish spa by dr.fish :P

Going up the Broga Hill :D

Hello2.. :)

on 10 june, last thursday, me n my other 5 friends have gone to Semenyih for our picnic at Broga. we've made the plan for a week. the day before that, we bought some stuff to cook and bring for the trip.

on the day, we started our trip early in the morning at 8am :) before showing u the pics we took, here's some tips if u planning on going hill hiking.. :D

1. always remember to put on sun blocks
or else ur face will end up burned like mine..huhuh :(
2. never ever eveeeer go hiking without a bottle of water
u MUST need this!
3. pack some food like nuggets and sandwich..
when ur on a hill..its nice to eat with the fresh air, and nice view..and also taking pictures ;)
4. please start hiking early in the morning...
u dun wanna be nearer to the sun when its getting pretty hot up there..phew~
5. dress up with sport attires
dun go hiking wearing high heels or fancy clothes. we dun want anybody to get their pretty clothes dirty or slipping down the hill, do we? hihihi~

we had our picnic here with egg and sardine sandwhich. hik3

we made it to the top! :D at least one of Broga's peak.
see that trail behind there. there's 3 more peaks
but it was getting hot and we are exhausted...

mission accomplished ;D

had so much fun there :)

masum =)

sorry for late update on my recent activity on masum..hihih~ here goes...



1 week in ukm for the tournament. our university bas is only be there when there's a competition and needs to bring all of 28 of us to the Dewan Gemilang. so,most of the time, we walk and jog around ukm.. (i guess thats why i became so skinny..huhu)


practising in the college lobby. people passing by walks as far as they can :P
anywhere can still have training~


competition day..that's me and my partner, waiting for the juries to blow the whistle
to start off our performance. hohoo~


it was total stress-and-assignment-free! wake up in the morning, have breakfast, cheers for our teammates, lunch, sleep, cheering, dinner, hang out with teammates, sleep.
hihih~


even the bas is out of gas, i guess we still had fun stranded beside the highway. hahah~



even i didnt manage to bring any medal for myself, i had so much fun and so many experience! :D met so many new people and doing so many new things. will try my best for upcoming open tournament this August. today ill start training and jogging again! it has already been a week after masum and i finish up that week eating everything that i cant during the long training and meeting up with my friends cz ive been so busy..and also living 'healthy' without exercise what so ever :P

and one more thing! fortunately, my jpa wont be suspended. phew~ ^_^'

If there's no gain,ur not in pain yet~

the motto for iium silat team.

when i was in my secondary school, at that time, when i 1st heard them say the phrase 'no pain, no gain'....i thought it meant when there's no body pain like cramps or bruises, then there's no gaining weight...funny. so, whats the point of having the pains if u'll be gaining weight?

somehow its like 'practice makes perfect..but nobody's perfect. so why practice?' ngee~

later then i understand that if u want to gain or achieve something, u have to pushing ur effort even if it pains u.

'oh..sbb bz. archi kaan. takde mase u trn training..'

dah lame dah tak bersilat (even nk jog pun skang jarang kot.. skali skala tu ade la). sedar tak sedar dah 5 thn kot tak silat! hohoo~
paling aktif silat pun time f5..

since masuk gombak, everything jadik hectic gile sbb byk gile teori subjek n tmbh lg ngn bz bt projek for studio.

tp,tgk la..mgkn masuk sbb bkn de pe sgt pon nk bt kn skang...hik2.

hrp2 tak sakit blkg time bersilat..
